We offerproperties exclusively for residential use under long-term rental contracts, inaccordance with the current Urban Leases Act (LAU) (Spanish Law).

To formalise the rental, applicants must provide proof of financial standing, personal or professional references, and sign a contract with the legally required security deposit.

All properties are ready for occupancy, and their use must comply with the applicable regulations and the terms set out in the signed agreement.
